Complete visit
  1. 01

    Assigned work

Each technician opens My Jobs and sees only the visits assigned to them, ordered by time and route.

  2. 02

    Site context

Access notes, contact person, zones, previous findings and open recommendations travel with the job.

  3. 03

    GPS check-in and check-out

Arrival and departure are timestamped against the visit record.

  4. 04

    Findings

Activity, conditions and severity are recorded per zone rather than as one site-level note.

  5. 05

    Barcode scanning

Scanning an inspection point opens its record and its previous inspection history.

  6. 06

    Chemical application

Product, lot, quantity, dilution, method and treatment area are captured at the point of use.

  7. 07

    Photographs

Evidence is attached to the finding it belongs to, not dropped into a shared gallery.

  8. 08

    Recommendations

Actions for the customer are written on site while the technician can still see the issue.

  9. 09

    Exception reasons

When an area cannot be accessed, the reason is recorded so the report explains the gap.

  10. 10

    Signatures and completion

Technician and customer signatures close the visit and release the report.

Dispatch

Keep exception work visible instead of remembered.

  • Shift a visit without losing the contract rhythm
  • Zone and technician workload at a glance

Complaints and call-outs

  • Log a complaint against the customer and site
  • Convert it into an unscheduled visit
  • Track resolution alongside routine work

Operations review

  • Overdue and incomplete visits in one queue
  • Needs Review status for visits requiring a supervisor
  • Exception reasons recorded on the visit itself
